i had a billing issue and messaged support about it. they got back to me within a few hours, which was quicker than i expected. the first response was actually helpful too, not some generic copy-paste reply, and it felt like they really read what i sent. it took one more message to get everything fully sorted out. i’m giving 4 stars because i do wish the live chat option was easier to find, but overall the support team was responsive and helpful.

The dashboard loads fast most days, and I actually like the way the reports are laid out. Some of the graphs, like, take a little while to refresh when I switch between projects, which can be kind of annoying, but it’s not a huge deal. Overall, it makes checking SEO stuff easy

It’s not exactly cheap, but it kind of paid for itself quickly. It helped me find better keywords and stop just guessing all the time. For me, it was worth it.

Pulling reports has been easy for me, and the export options save a Lot of time. I can send CSVs over to my team without having to mess around with extra steps. It doesn’t always look perfect, but it’s Really useful every week.
